  1.                                        License Agreement
  2.  
  3. This license is a legal agreement between Pedagoguery Software and you,
  4. the licensee, either as a registered user or as an unregistered user.
  5.

  7. Limited Warranty
  8. If the software was provided to you on disk(s), Pedagoguery Software
  9. warrants those disk(s) to be free from defects in materials and
  10. workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the
  11. date of delivery to you as evidenced by your proof of purchase.
  12.  
  13. Disclaimer of Warranty
  14. Although we have thoroughly tested the software and reviewed the
  15. documentation, Pedagoguery Software makes no warranties, except for the
  16. limited warranty described in the preceding paragraph, either express or
  17. implied, with respect to the software, its quality, performance,
  18. merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

  20. Ownership: The software is owned by Pedagoguery Software.
  21.  
  22. Individual License: The licensee is entitled to use a single copy of the
  23. software on a single computer. At no time should the licensee have two (or
  24. more) copies of the program running concurrently.
  25.  
  26. Site License: The licensee is entitled to create as many copies of the
  27. software as the license permits. The software may be placed upon a
  28. network in the licensee’s site provided that the total number of machines
  29. (both networked and stand alone) with simultaneous access to the software
  30. does not exceed the license. Copies of the software shall not be made
  31. available for use outside of the licensee’s site. The licensee is also
  32. entitled to reproduce any part of any included documentation for use
  33. within the site or for distribution to individual student licenses.
  34. Licensees wishing to group purchase copies of the software for individual
  35. students should contact Pedagoguery Software.

  37. Individual Student License: The licensee is entitled to use a single
  38. copy of the software on a single computer. At no time should the licensee
  39. have two (or more) copies of the program running concurrently.

  41. Evaluation License: The licensee may use the software for the sole
  42. purpose of evaluating the software. After the evaluation is complete, this
  43. license expires, and the software and documentation may not be used until
  44. another license is obtained.
  45.  
  46. Other Restrictions: You may not rent or lease the software. You may not
  47. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  48.  
  49. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for
  50. incidental or consequential damages so portions of the above may not apply
  51. to you. In no event shall Pedagoguery Software’s total liability to you for
  52. all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort
  53. (including negligence) or otherwise) exceed US$50.

  55. Care of Disk: If the software was provided to you on disk(s), they are not
  56. copy protected and you are advised to make a working copy of the disk(s)
  57. and retain the original disks(s) for archival purposes.

  61. To use the software, you must agree to be bound by the above
  62. agreement. If you use the software, you are agreeing to be bound
  63. by the above agreement.
